I am currently seeking a confident Chef de Partie for my client, one of the top-quality Spanish Tapas Restaurant based in North London to be part of their vibrant team.

The Chef de Partie role is for an immediate start offering a full-time contract for 45hours per week, for an annual salary of £35K.

The ideal Chef de Partie will be passionate about producing the finest food they can, will have previous experience within a similar role, knowledgeable about Spanish cuisine, and Spanish products such as cheeses, meats, oils, and wines, enthusiastic and looking to develop a successful career.

As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the smooth running of your section and ensuring the execution of all dishes are consistent in presentation and guest satisfaction.
