We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant General Manager to help oversee operations, curate unforgettable guest experiences, and contribute to the energetic atmosphere of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the cocktail bar, including staff management, inventory control, and financial oversight.
• Lead and inspire the bar and floor teams to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the venue’s lively atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the management team to create and execute promotions, events, and entertainment to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a cohesive and skilled team.
• Uphold Licencing regulations and ensure proper standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a late-night bar setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Enthusiasm for nightlife and creating an energetic and engaging atmosphere.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts.
