This exciting pop-up restaurant & bar brings together the best of culinary delights and mixology in a vibrant and ever-changing setting. Situated in a prime location, they attract a diverse clientele seeking unique dining experiences and innovative drinks and excellent service.

About the job:

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the pop-up venue, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead by example and provide guidance to staff to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of the venue for each service, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
  • Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cocktail preparation and service.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the nature of the business.
