About the job:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and professional service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies while minimising waste.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities to effectively prioritise tasks.
