As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Manager to oversee the daily operations. You will lead and inspire the front-of-house team, provide outstanding service to our guests, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring efficient service and maintaining high standards.
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to foster a positive work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with guests, and ensuring their needs are met or exceeded.
- Monitor and manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table turnover to optimise guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a brasserie or fast paced venue
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reservation management systems and POS software.
- Up to 36 days holiday per year
