About the role:

• Oversee the operations of the hotel’s bars and beverage outlets, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience.
• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated bartenders and staff, providing training, guidance, and mentorship.
• Develop and curate an innovative beverage program, including craft cocktails, fine wines, and an extensive spirits selection.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create beverage pairings that complement the restaurant’s menu offerings.
• Manage inventory, budgets, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety, adhering to industry regulations.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Bars Manager in a luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or upscale bar.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on staff development.
