As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of this craft beer house. You’ll be a key player in maintaining the high standards of service, curating a diverse selection of craft beers, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

About the Job:

• Bar Operations: Manage all aspects of the bar, including stock control, ordering, and ensuring an efficient and well-organised bar area.
• Staff Management: Lead, train, and motivate the bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold our quality standards.
• Craft Beer Expertise: Curate and update our craft beer selection, including working with suppliers, introducing new selections, and educating the staff on the product range.
• Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer has a memorable and positive experience, handle customer inquiries and feedback, and maintain a warm and friendly atmosphere.

• Proven experience in bar management, particularly in craft beer establishments.
