We are seeking an enthusiastic Bar Manager for this exciting new opening Cocktail Bar & Events venue in the located in the heart of Soho. With a passion for Cocktails & good times with a commitment to providing a unique and welcoming experience.

As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily beverage operations of this exciting new venue. You’ll be a key player in maintaining the high standards of service, curating a diverse selection of cocktails, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

About the Job:

• Bar Operations: Manage all aspects of the bar, including stock control, ordering, and ensuring an efficient and well-organised bar area.
• Mixology: Create and innovate a diverse range of high-quality cocktails, ensuring each drink is a work of art.
• Staff Management: Lead, train, and motivate the bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold our quality standards.
• Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer has a memorable and positive experience, handle customer inquiries and feedback, and maintain a warm and friendly atmosphere.

About you:

• Proven experience in bar management, particularly in cocktail lead establishments.
• In-depth knowledge of wines & spirits and current trends.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol licensing regulations.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
