About the Job:

• Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage bar staff, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
• Operations: Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining bar equipment.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent service by maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, and engaging with customers to enhance their experience.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative and appealing drink menus, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within the luxury environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Excellent knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and craft beers.
• Knowledge of licensing regulations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
