Business Development Manager – Unique Venue
A new role has opened up with one of my clients, a stunningly beautiful unique venue in the heart of London. They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their close knit and friendly team.
Working closely with the Head of Sales, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for strengthening awareness of the venue’s diverse offering, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing the sales and marketing strategy in line with emerging trends.
Responsible for leading the reactive sales team, the Business Development Manager will have high-level industry knowledge and will be able to support, develop, and inspire the sales team to increase conversion rates and maximise revenue growth to meet annual income.
They are looking for someone who is confident, personable, and commercially astute with an analytic mind, keen eye for detail and a passion for sales and events.
This role is predominately Monday – Friday 9-5:30 but occasional evening and weekends may be required from time to time. This role is Hybrid, offering up to 50% WFH!!
