Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, people-loving Cafe Manager to lead a busy, feel-good café in East London. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on great Food, Coffee, happy teams, and regular customers who feel like locals, not numbers.

You’ll be the heart of the café, setting the tone, leading from the front, and making sure every day runs smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running day-to-day café operations with confidence and flair
  • Leading, training, and motivating a small, friendly team
  • Delivering warm, genuine customer service
  • Managing rotas, stock, ordering, and cash controls
  • Keeping standards high across food, coffee, and cleanliness
  • Bringing ideas to the table to help the café grow and improve

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Café Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
  • A passion for great food, quality coffee, and community focused hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills with a calm, positive approach
  • Organised, reliable, and happy to be hands-on during busy services
  • Someone who enjoys building a team and creating a welcoming atmosphere
