Development
I am currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for my client, a well-known Pasta Restaurant in East London to start immediately and offering an annual salary up to £35,500, Sundays, and Mondays always off.
The restaurant menu is continually evolving and seasonally led, with a focus on highly specialised hand shaped pasta. The restaurant is open every Wednesday to Saturday for dinner service, and run a lunch service 7 days a week, until 4pm.
The Chef de Partie position would involve the preparation of food items, organising stock, clearing, and cleaning down your sections, the sitting up of all stations and mise-en-place for all sections in the kitchen, working busy services and closing after each day. There would be also potential for the role to develop.
Interview and trial slots are available immediately, and the suitable Chef de Partie can start employment within days. Permanent full-time contact is offered.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have previous experience in a similar role and well used in shaping homemade pasta. Able to work well under pressure, priorities tasks and with excellent organisational skills.
The Chef de Partie will be eager to learn and develop cooking skills, reliable and pro-active.
