Job Description

We are recruiting a Commercial Manager to join a fast-growing food retail / food-to-go business at an exciting stage of its expansion.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who is as confident in senior retail meetings and data analysis as they are spending time in stores driving performance on the ground. You’ll play a central role in shaping commercial strategy while ensuring it is delivered effectively in-store.

If you’ve worked in a multi-site business that scaled rapidly and want to see your impact clearly and quickly, this could be a standout opportunity.

The Role includes

  • Commercial & Retail Partnership
  • Own and manage a key national grocery retail partnership
  • Prepare, lead and follow up on commercial meetings, ensuring actions deliver results
  • Drive delivery against agreed KPIs and commercial initiatives

About You

  • Proven commercial experience within food retail, food-to-go or multi-site retail
  • Experience working in a business that has scaled or expanded significantly
  • Background working with major grocery retailers is beneficial but not essential
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel capability
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on store involvement
  • Confident communicator able to influence across teams and externally
  • Organised, proactive and commercially curious
