An exciting new role as Deputy Event Operations Manager has opened up with my client at one of London’s most historically elegant and unique venues.

As Deputy Event Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient day to day operations of all events including, Team and House Management, Maintenance and Health and Safety along with Supplier Management and Venue Logistics.

The venue has its own in-house caterers so coming from a catering background is desired as you will be not only organising the event from a venue perspective but also a caterer including set up and running the pass for events.

The venue boasts 7 event spaces and hosts an eclectic mix of events including being a popular wedding venue, so weekends are essential, as is having a full driving licence due to the event spaces being spread out on site so you will be moving food, tables and chairs and crockery in the vans provided.

This is a hands-on operational role in which you need to work well under pressure, have exceptional organisational skills, be a good leader, used to managing multiple events at once and have a real passion for it!
