My client, a boutique like B&B in the heart of London is looking for a Duty Manger to join their close-knit team.

As Duty Manager you will be overseeing the operations of the FOH, housekeeping and kitchen team to ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service. You will manage a team of 5 including rotas, 1:1’s and appraisals.

As the B&B offers 24hr services, you will be expected to work some night shifts and weekends however this will be split with your assistant manager.

As Duty Manager, you will essentially be the face of the business so they are looking for a bubbly and confident people’s person who will interact with clients. Personality is just as important as experience!

The role also comes with live in accommodation so the successful candidate will be happy to relocate for the role.
