Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented events professional with a passion for exceptional food and seamless event execution? My client is seeking an Event Coordinator to join their dynamic team, specializing in workplace catering and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell, plan & coordinate and manage a range of workplace catering events, from daily corporate lunches to large-scale receptions and networking events.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their catering and event requirements, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including logistics, menu coordination, and on-site management.
  • Work closely with chefs and operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage event schedules, supplier coordination, and venue logistics.
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and post-event reporting.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or catering.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
