Are you an experienced Event Producer with a passion for delivering exceptional exhibitions on a global scale? My client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to oversee the end-to-end exhibition process across multiple European countries for a major corporate client.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, production, and execution of exhibitions and trade show activations across Europe.
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with their brand vision and objectives.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
- Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and production teams to develop innovative, high-impact exhibition stands and experiences.
- Manage on-site operations, including build, breakdown, and troubleshooting to ensure a flawless event experience.
- Navigate local regulations, venue requirements, and supplier contracts across different European markets.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and excellence in event delivery.
Key Skills & Experience
·Spanish, German or French speaking desired
- Proven experience in exhibition or event production, ideally with international exposure.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask across multiple events and locations.
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and logistics for large-scale events.
- Exceptional communication and client management skills.
- Knowledge of exhibition stand design and build processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
