Job Description: As the Event Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of event execution, ensuring seamless operations and extraordinary guest experiences. You will lead a talented team and collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal departments to deliver events that reflect our edgy and vibrant style. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of event coordinators, chefs, and service staff.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and excellence.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and services.
    • Ensure timely delivery and quality of all event-related supplies and services.
  • Logistics and Operations:
    • Oversee the logistics of event setup, execution, and breakdown.
    • Coordinate transportation, equipment, and staffing requirements.
    • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and implement effective solutions.
  • Client Relations:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Gather feedback post-event and implement improvements for future events.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
    • Monitor expenses, track financial performance, and report on event profitability.
    • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.

  • Proven experience in event management, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
