About the Job:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.
• Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus that reflect the restaurant’s vision and appeal to our target market.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a quality restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for the food & wine.
• Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and P&L statements.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.
