• High volume luxury events experience essential
• Executive chef – £85k Base + Overtime (Roughly £10k) + Bonus (10-15% of base salary)

Our client, a distinguished luxury caterer with three unique brands is looking for an Executive Chef to manage and run the entire operations. Boasting a brigade of highly qualified Head Chefs who have mastered the art of creating experiential and innovative menus for corporate events, private parties, events, and weddings worldwide we are looking for a conductor to orchestrate this team.

On some months you will be doing 2000 covers a day out of their unit across 7 or 8 jobs.

With ambitions to grow, they need a qualified Executive Chef to help enable them to do that.

The Executive Chef must put the team first, and allow the Chefs to grow within, by implementing good training & Developments programmes. Work & Team ethics is paramount, alongside tight P&L control.
