About the job:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
  • Lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff members, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging excellence in customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue, optimise costs, and drive profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Continuously innovate and introduce new ideas to enhance the guest experience and stay ahead of industry trends.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or nightlife industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving financial targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and management at all levels.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and experience in ensuring compliance.
  • Flexibility to work late nights and weekends as required.
