They are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Coffee Shop General Manager to lead the team and ensure our customers have an outstanding experience.

About the job:

• Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of baristas and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Operations: Oversee daily operations including stock management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
• Sales: Monitor sales and implement strategies to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Training: Train and develop staff on coffee preparation, customer service, and food safety practices.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, handle cash flow, and ensure financial goals are met.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.

About you:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a coffee shop or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for coffee and hospitality.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management and budget handling.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Availability to work daytime hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
