As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of all operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Proven Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing gastro pubs or high-end restaurants.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Financial Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyse financial data, manage budgets, and drive profitability.
• Customer Focus: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Certifications: Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field would be advantageous.
