We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the team and ensure the smooth operation of the venue. About the role:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the entire restaurant team, ensuring all staff are performing at their best and providing exemplary service to guests.
  • Ensure every guest experiences the highest standards of hospitality, from the moment they enter to the moment they leave. Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction is always prioritised.
  • Manage the restaurant’s budget, including cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure profitability through efficient resource management and sales strategies.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Innovate on service offerings, events, and special promotions to drive guest interest.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations. Uphold the brasserie’s high standards for hygiene, food quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to promote the brasserie, build the restaurant’s reputation, and increase visibility within the local and international fine-dining scene.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager, preferably in an upscale French or European dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of French cuisine, fine dining standards, and the luxury hospitality sector. Proficiency in budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of French or Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • An understanding of and respect for local customs and culture in Saudi Arabia is required.
