We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the team and ensure the smooth operation of the venue. This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality professional passionate about French cuisine, customer service excellence, and creating unforgettable dining experiences.

About the role:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the entire restaurant team, ensuring all staff are performing at their best and providing exemplary service to guests.
- Ensure every guest experiences the highest standards of hospitality, from the moment they enter to the moment they leave. Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction is always prioritised.
- Manage the restaurant’s budget, including cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure profitability through efficient resource management and sales strategies.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Innovate on service offerings, events, and special promotions to drive guest interest.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations. Uphold the brasserie’s high standards for hygiene, food quality, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with marketing teams to promote the brasserie, build the restaurant’s reputation, and increase visibility within the local and international fine-dining scene.
About you:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager, preferably in an upscale French or European dining establishment.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of French cuisine, fine dining standards, and the luxury hospitality sector. Proficiency in budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.
- Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of French or Arabic is a significant advantage.
- An understanding of and respect for local customs and culture in Saudi Arabia is required.
