We are searching for a talented & driven Group Head Chef, to take the reins high-end and successful restaurant group in London & The South East. This is a dynamic role, overseeing 5 sites and spearheading new openings for the company that has big plans for the future.
Focusing on open-fire cooking, and showcasing the best of British produce. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Group Head Chef looking to make their mark on the UK dining scene.
Responsibility:
- Lead and motivate kitchen teams across all sites
- Design and execute world-class dishes
- Train and develop kitchen team across the group
- Oversee new openings and support established sites including new menus and training packs
- A hands-on role, leading the team from the front
- Manage supply chain across the group

Requirements
- Previous Head Chef or Group Head Chef experience in a similar setting
- Open to travel between London & South East
- Great communication and management skills
- Strong computer administration skills
- Passion for high-end cuisine
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
