Our client is on the lookout for their next Group Head Chef.

This may suit an experienced Group Head Chef, or a very well accomplished and organised Head Chef looking to step up managing multiple kitchens / teams for the first time.

The group consist of three restaurants, each offering very different concepts, all offering exquisite dishes from cuisines around the world.They will hopefully be opening a new restaurant in the very near future, which itself offers new opportunities, and experiences.

The role will require a hands on approach, especially at the beginning to understand the business and each kitchen, with a lot of time spent in each of the kitchens every week.

Depending on experience, the salary on offer varies from £50-60k + Bonus.
