Responsibilities:

• Train, mentor, and lead a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of beverage preparation.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and other beverages, staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
• Oversee bar inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels, monitoring waste, and implementing cost control measures.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute promotional events and special offers to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests, and resolving any concerns or complaints.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Head Bartender or similar role in a high-end establishment.
