We are searching for a talented and experienced Senior Bartender to elevate the beverage offerings and deliver exceptional service to all guests. Responsibilities:
- Craft a diverse range of cocktails, showcasing your creativity and mastery of mixology techniques.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior bartenders, ensuring consistent drink preparation and service quality.
- Collaborate with the Head Bartender to develop new cocktail recipes and refine existing ones.
- Maintain a well-organized and stocked bar, overseeing inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Engage with guests to offer personalized recommendations, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitized bar area.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain the cash register.
- Assist in training new staff members and ensuring they meet the bar’s standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Bartender in a quality Restaurant or Bar.
- Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bartending techniques.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering memorable drink experiences.
- A friendly and approachable manor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
