We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Bartender to join the team of this exciting new venue and lead an exceptional bar team.

Located along the bustling South Bank area, the venue will be renowned for its innovative cuisine, stylish ambiance, and exceptional service. As the Head Bartender, you will play a crucial role in elevating the guests’ dining experience by crafting exquisite cocktails, providing personalised service, and leading a team of passionate bartenders.

Responsibilities:

• Create and curate an enticing cocktail menu that showcases your creativity, knowledge of spirits, and current trends while complementing our restaurant’s culinary offerings.
• Develop innovative recipes and unique twists on classic cocktails to surprise and delight our guests.
• Supervise the bar team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high standards of service and professionalism.
• Oversee the beverage operation, including stock control & ordering
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance their overall experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Bartender or a similar leadership role in a high-end restaurant or cocktail bat
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail techniques.
• A passion for creativity and the ability to design and execute innovative and visually stunning cocktails.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends
