Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join a well established event-planning team in SW London. The Head Chef will be responsible for the creation and execution of all menus for events, including corporate events, weddings, and private parties. The successful candidate must have a passion for creating unique dishes that are both visually and gastronomically stunning. This position requires a great deal of creativity, flexibility, and attention to detail.


  • Develop menus that are creative, innovative, and of the highest quality while adhering to budget and time constraints
  • Monitor and adjust food preparation and presentation techniques to ensure the highest standards of quality
  • Supervise a team of chefs in the kitchen and delegate tasks as needed
  • Manage food and kitchen inventory to ensure all ingredients are available to meet the needs of the menu
  • Collaborate with the Event Coordinator to ensure all menus are customised to the event’s needs and expectations
  • Work with vendors and other team members to ensure all events are successful


  • Experience working at management level within an Events environment
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
