HEAD CHEF – EVENTS £45-55k Plus OT and Bonus
Working in close collaboration with our Executive Head Chef and our Development Chef, the Head Chef roles are integral to ensuring the utmost excellence of kitchen output.
Responsible for managing our impressive kitchen brigade, the post-holders will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, tenacity, and attention to detail, alongside a keen passion for creating show-stopping food.
The post-holder will have a creative/innovative approach to food creation, excellent organisation skills and have experience in:
– Leading a full brigade at a variety of venues, from the front and with a smile.
– Working to tight deadlines & budgets
– Bringing a ‘wow factor’ to food creation with keen attention to detail
– Excellent organisation skills
