I’m currently seeking a Head Chef or a Sous Chef ready to step up for my client, a trendy Italian-Mediterranean Gastro Pub based in West London, to start in September, offering an annual salary of up to £50K including Tronc.

The ideal Head Chef will be extremely passionate about Mediterranean cuisine, with previous experience in a similar role, organized and able to effectively train, delegate & supervise the BOH team.

Weekly shift patterns offered to the suitable Head Chef is 3 single and 2 doubles shift for 48hours pw, with 2 days off one of which will be Monday as the site close.

Interview and trial slots are available immediately, and the suitable Head Chef or Sous Chef ready to step up as Head Chef can start the new employment in September.
