We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead the Kitchen teams and continue the highest standards they have become known for. As the Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in shaping of the menus, maintaining high standards of quality, and overseeing the production of outstanding dishes for a diverse range of events.

About the role:

• Develop and curate creative and enticing menus tailored to the specific needs of each event.
• Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of all culinary aspects of events.
• Lead and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring they are trained and motivated to consistently deliver top-quality dishes.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs effectively while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with event planners and clients to create custom menus and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
• Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and innovations, incorporating them into our offerings.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, preferably in a high-volume events catering environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in menu planning, costing, and recipe development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional food quality.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
