I have an exciting opportunity, for an experienced and driven head chef. To take the reins, at an award-winning restaurant in north London. Serving Prime British meats and ethically sourced fish all cooked over coals and the Openfire. You will work closely with some of the best farms and suppliers in the UK. So, passion for working with top quality ingredients is essential.
As head chef, you will play a vital part of the business. Ensuring the highest kitchen standards are maintained, as well as delivering a world class dining experience. This a great opportunity for driven Head chef really wanting to make their mark!
Responsibility’s
- Design and execute world class dishes.
- Train & develop kitchen staff.
- Oversee day to day running of kitchen to the restaurant’s high standards.
- Uphold the restaurant’s commitment to excellence in customer service and satisfaction.
- Uphold kitchen health and safety requirements.
- Oversee kitchen cost and work to an effective budget.
Requirements
- Experience in smoking and Openfire cookery.
- Confident in butchery, classical and modern cooking technics.
- Previous experience as a head chef in similar established.
- Passion for high quality food and service.
- Proven experience in working with budgets and kitchen management.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
