I have an exciting opportunity, for a skilled Head Chef to take the reins of a new opening Pan Asian restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Beckenham. Serving modern Pan Asian cuisine and exotic cocktails it is bound to be a hit with the local area.

As the Head Chef you will play a crucial role in the business, shaping the menu, maintaining food quality and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently as well as helping launch the business. Responsibility’s:

• Design and develop an exciting and diverse Pan Asian menu.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Train and develop kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Manage food costs and maintain inventory levels.
• Oversee day to day running of kitchen to the restaurant’s high standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a Pan Asian restaurant or a similar culinary setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
• Strong leadership and management skills to inspire and mentor kitchen staff.
• Creativity and a passion for creating unique and memorable dishes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
