HEAD CHEF – PRODUCTION £45-60k Plus OT and Bonus.
Head Chef roles are integral to ensuring the utmost excellence of kitchen output.
Responsible for managing our impressive kitchen brigade, the post-holders will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, tenacity, and attention to detail, alongside a keen passion for creating show-stopping food.
The post-holder will be based in our Head Office Kitchen and work on a largely daytime basis – giving them back their evenings!
You will possess excellent organisation skills and have experience in:
– Leading a full brigade, from the front and with a smile.
– Working to tight deadlines & budgets
– Delivery on kitchen KPIs
– Bringing a ‘wow factor’ to food creation with keen attention to detail
