Head of Central Sales – Event Company
45-55k + Bonus
My client, one of London’s most sought-after event companies is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head of Central Sales to join their extremely busy team.
As The Head of Central Sales, you will be a key position within the team, you will lead and drive the central activity and team, including driving sales and conversion to reach budgets, driving marketing activity, business development and will represent the company at a senior level.
Reporting into the Sales Director, you will set annual sales budgets and individual sales targets for the team, ensure sales objectives are met by maximising all opportunities and maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts.
As well as this, you will work closely with the marketing team ensuring delivery of business objectives and brand development along with overseeing the digital content plan and ensuring web content is up to date.
You will come from a background in event/hospitality sales and have a real passion for all things events as well as naturally being good at managing and motivating a team and get a real thrill from closing sale!
