An exciting role has opened up for a Head of Operations with one of my clients, a stunningly unique venue in the city.

As Head of Operations, you will come from a hospitality background and have experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the venue and set up events including some manual labour and will liaise with the catering team to ensure a smooth handover prior to events.

This is a unique role where you are responsible for the operations of the venue, managing a team of 3 and the caterers operate the event itself, so the role is predominately Monday – Friday which is unheard of for an operational role!

This is a very fast paced environment so naturally you will work well under pressure and be used to managing and motivating a team as well as working on multiple projects at once and on a large scale.

The successful candidate for this role won’t just come with all the right experience but will have the personality to go with it. You will essentially be the face of the venue, so they are looking for someone bubbly, confident and personable who has a real passion for events.
