Role Overview:
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans for the venue. You will lead the sales team, manage client relationships, and work closely with the marketing and events teams to maximize venue bookings and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across various event types.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and adapt strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support and training.
- Monitor team performance, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, and implementing improvements as needed.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event organizers, and partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing complex negotiations and ensuring successful event delivery.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that drive venue bookings.
- Collaborate with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution, maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, forecasting revenue, and reporting on performance to senior management.

- Market Research & Networking:
