There commitment to exceptional food and flawless service has earned them a trusted name in the industry. they are now seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to drive our growth and lead our sales function to new heights.

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving business growth across multiple event types and markets. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and maximizing revenue through innovative sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B and B2C segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, event planners, and industry partners
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure alignment on campaigns, promotions, and branding
  • Forecast sales performance and produce regular reports for the executive team
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to represent the company
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and client onboarding
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within events, catering, hospitality, or related industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the event planning lifecycle and catering logistics
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strategic thinking
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends for events, as needed
