We are searching for a talented Head Pastry Chef, to lead the team at an exciting new opening in the heart of Shoreditch, due to open at the end of September. The restaurant has big plans for the future, serving Japanese fusion cuisine, this is an exciting opportunity for a Head Pastry Chef wanting to make their mark on the London dining scene.

All products will be made in-house, so experience in baking & plated desserts will be essential.

Requirements:

  • Proven Head Pastry or Pastry Sous Chef experience in a high-end restaurant or similar setting
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Passion for high-end cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of modern pastry techniques
  • Experience in bread-making and all areas of the pastry section
