Are you a seasoned Head Chef or Senior Production Chef with a deep passion for authentic Italian cuisine? We’re looking for a talented and detail-driven Head Production Chef to lead a well-established, high-performing team in delivering consistently exceptional food.
About the Role:
You’ll be heading up the production kitchen for a premium Italian brand, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a skilled team of x20, and ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity. This role requires a leader who’s calm under pressure, sharp on detail, and obsessed with flavour and consistency.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience in a production or high-volume kitchen, ideally with a background in Italian cuisine.
- Proven track record managing medium to large kitchen teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail – from prep to plate presentation.
- A passion for using quality ingredients and delivering flavour-forward dishes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills – able to motivate and train effectively.
- Organised and process-driven, with a good understanding of kitchen systems and efficiency.
