We are recruiting for an exclusive, fine dining concept in Saudi Arabia, inspired by the precision and artistry of traditional Japanese cuisine, fused with modern techniques. This elegant restaurant will showcase omakase-style tasting menus, seasonal premium ingredients, and contemporary Japanese aesthetics.

Position: Head Sushi Chef

Location: Saudi Arabia

Package: SAR 22,933/month (approx. £4,670 per month)

(Breakdown: Basic SAR 16,000 + Housing SAR 5,333 + Transport SAR 1,600)

The ideal candidate:

• Formal training in Japanese cuisine, with a focus on sushi mastery
• Experience in high-end or Michelin-starred establishments
• Fluent in Japanese and/or English
• Willing and able to relocate to Saudi Arabia
• Passionate about Japanese culinary arts and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Open to preparing Halal cuisine
