They are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Waiter to join our team and contribute to their continued success.

As the Head Waiter, you will be an integral part of the front-of-house team, ensuring flawless service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the waitstaff team, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to provide detailed explanations and recommendations to guests.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Train and mentor staff members, providing ongoing coaching and support to elevate their skills and knowledge.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter within a Michelin-starred or fine dining restaurant.
• Exceptional knowledge of food and wine, with a passion for gastronomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
