About the role:

• Deliver exceptional, personalised service to members and their guests
• Lead and support the wider waiting team during service
• Maintain impeccable table presentation and mise-en-place standards
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food, wine and service techniques
• Coach and develop junior team members
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences
• Maintain calm, professional and discreet service during busy periods

• Experience within a luxury restaurant, five-star hotel or prestigious private members’ club.
• Engaging and guest-focused
• Exceptionally well presented with strong attention to detail
• Confident leading a team during busy service
