An exciting role has opened up for a Hospitality Manager with one of my clients, a well-known and stunningly unique venue in the Southeast London.

As Hospitality Manager, you will come from a hospitality background preferably catering.

The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of all their events including all catering operations, equipment hires, staffing hire and BOH technicians.

You will be used to managing and motivate a teams and leadership will come naturally to you as you will be responsible for all work rotas, 1:1’s and appraisals with your team.

This is a very fast paced environment so naturally you will work well under pressure and be able to work on multiple projects at once and on a large scale.

Events are heavily corporate-led events, so the role is predominately Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week with the odd weekend having events, so some flexibility is required. Any hours worked over are given back in lieu.

The successful candidate for this role won’t just come with all the right experience but will have the personality to go with it. You will essentially be the face of the venue, so they are looking for someone bubbly, confident and personable who has a real passion for events.
