Packages range from £30k.

• Demi Chef de Partie = £30,318 basic annual salary + £ 2,500 minimum service charge guaranteed + discretionary bi-annual bonus.

• Commis Chef= £27,278 basic annual salary + £ 2,500 minimum service charge guaranteed + discretionary bi-annual bonus.
