My client is an award-winning restaurant located in the heart of the West-end, known for high-end cuisine and buzzing atmosphere. They are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Sous to help lead the kitchen team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Junior Sous looking to grow within a successful and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head Chef/Sous Chef in driving the team forward.
  • Cook and prepare dishes following Head chefs high standards.
  • Assist with training junior kitchen staff.
  • Assist in menu development and recipe creation.
  • Ensure smooth running of the kitchen to high standards set In place.

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Jr Sous or Snr Chef de Partie in a similar establishment.
  • A passion for high-end cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
