• Has an interest in management and demonstrates good leadership skills
• Will be driven to developing within the company
• Can take direction from their line manager and complete tasks in a reasonable time
• Has a good grasp of the use of processes for ordering
• Good at working in a busy, pressurised environment and can drive a team to succeed
• A strong understanding & compliant with Health & Hygiene and Health & Safety rules
