Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the full 360-degree marketing strategy, encompassing both digital and print channels. This role will require a creative and strategic thinker, with a proven track record in creating compelling campaigns that drive brand engagement and increase customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive 360 marketing strategy (digital, print, and event marketing) to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, PPC, and offline initiatives such as print ads, brochures, and event collateral.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, social media accounts, and digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and vision.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending while maximizing ROI on all marketing activities.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and design across all channels, maintaining the luxury and high-quality image of the company.
  • Organize and manage the marketing activities for key events, working closely with the events team to promote and support high-profile catering engagements.
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve targets.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the luxury, events, hospitality, or catering industries.
  • Strong expertise in both digital and traditional marketing, with a solid understanding of 360-degree marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage external partners and agencies.
  • Analytical mindset, able to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the London market and consumer trends in the luxury events and catering space is a plus.
